Joseph Pilates was a pioneer in low impact muscular strength and flexibility.  He emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.  He knew that people could change the way they felt physical by practicing Contrology (now known as Pilates).  He didn't stop there though...his approach was also focused on the mind-body connection.  His hopes were to integrate a whole body experience. 

The challenge begins with the first registered "30 Session Challenge" class you attend; you then

have 15 weeks to complete the 30 sessions.
