ST. JOSEPH'S ONLY GROUP REFORMER STUDIO
Our method is low impact, yet high results.
While Pilates is our core focus, we, a collective of like-minded instructors, are dedicated to tailoring your experience to be mindful of your individual ability and wellness goals.
Our instructors unite with the common goal to better your mind-body wellness, yet each brings a different teaching style and energy to their classes.
Embracing Joseph Pilates' belief that "Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness," we reject the notion of fitness as punishment, ensuring our classes are shame-free, aiming to leave you more encouraged, energized and stronger than before.
