BEGINNER REFORMERDesigned specifically for anyone brand new to Pilates. Our beginner classes are a relaxed, safe space to familiarize yourself with the Reformer, basic Pilates vocabulary and the fundamental movement philosophy of Pilates. This class will prepare you for joining Level 1 Reformer classes with confidence.
-
LEVEL 1 REFORMERLevel 1 Reformer is suitable for everyone—from novice clients gaining confidence on the Reformer to experienced clients who would like a more grounded workout. Props will be used to create stability. This full-body workout builds strength while improving flexibility and posture.
-
LEVEL 2 REFORMERLevel 2 Reformer classes will integrate intermediate-level exercises that require more strength, coordination, weight-bearing, and balance. Props will be used for dynamic movement. Tempo is moderate and focuses on a steady flow. Clients should be familiar with Level 1 exercises.
-
LEVEL 3 REFORMERThis fast-paced class progresses through variations of advanced Reformer sequences and balance challenges. Clients should be able to maintain proper form and alignment with fewer modifications. Props will be used to challenge stability and core control. This class is not recommended for those with significant injury, unless they are capable of modifying on their own. Clients are required to take a minimum of 10 lower level classes (Level 1, Level 2, Jumpboard, or Athletic) prior to joining Level 3 Reformer.
-
ATHLETIC REFORMERThis high-intensity class mixes Pilates Reformer exercises with fitness moves to increase strength, improve posture, and build your strongest core yet! This format mixes in props, like resistance bands and free weights, for dynamic movement.
-
CLASSICAL REFORMERThis all-levels class dives into the traditional repertoire developed by Joseph Pilates. Focus on alignment, centering, breath, and control while working on progressions of some of your favorite exercises and those that provide the root for more current variations.
-
BARRE ECLIPSEThis is a rhythmic, fun, powerful workout that intelligently exercises the entire body. Inspired by dance, classes will address all major muscle groups while incorporating props to achieve that desirable "shake.” Targeted movements create muscle fatigue, which improves blood flow, muscle tone, and bone strength. Appropriate for all levels.
-
MAT PILATESExperience foundational Pilates principles come alive in this all-levels mat class. Discover the transformative power of breathing, balanced muscle development, control, and centering. Using just the mat, you'll engage your core muscles and master movement techniques that activate your body's natural strength.
